Training That Goes Beyond Driving

To make sure our team stays sharp and professional, we run regular training programs:

1. Induction Program

For new drivers — covers everything from our company values and daily operations to safety rules, legal compliance, and how to treat passengers respectfully.

2. Quarterly Refresher Training

For all drivers — we revisit key safety practices, improve communication skills, and take feedback to keep raising our standards.

Our On-Road Safety Checklist

Before hitting the road, our drivers are trained to go through important checks:

• Check air pressure in all tyres, including the spare
• Make sure the fuel tank is adequately filled
• Fasten seat belts and lock all doors before moving
• Follow the designated route
• Never drop passengers midway without prior approval
• A Security Marshal is assigned if a female passenger is traveling alone at night
• Stay in touch with our Control Room in case of any emergency
• No unauthorized person is allowed inside the vehicle
